- AWHO encourages transfer of property based on the rules and regulations, governed by RERA-2016, State / UT authorities, the local Resident Welfare Association (RWA) and its own rules as per the Master Brochure (as amended from time to time).
- We believe in a ‘Dispute-Free’ transfer of property, in any of the following cases:
- Succession
- Gift
- Sale / Purchase
- The NOC of the RWA is a must for transfer of property, in order to verify the ‘Eligibility’ of the new potential owner.
- Legal document formats are for information only. The actual documents will be prepared after issue of the Provisional NOC / Letter from AWHO.
- Further details may be obtained from the Land Section.

- No Dues in R/O DU
- Transfer Charge Rs. 11,800/-
Documents Required for Final NOC by (Share Transferee):-
- Affidavit by Transferee
- Indemnity Bond by Transferee
- Provisional Membership
- Transfer Charge Rs. 12,567/-
