The terms that govern your use of the AWHO website and its housing welfare services, under the applicable laws of India.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website of the Army Welfare Housing Organisation (AWHO) and the housing welfare services offered through it. AWHO provides housing welfare services to eligible individuals, including serving and retired personnel of the Indian Armed Forces, Paramilitary Forces and Government Services, and their families. All services relating to housing — including applications, registration, demand surveys, allotment and eligibility — are subject to the specific eligibility criteria, scheme rules and availability notified by AWHO from time to time. AWHO reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AWHO and its affiliates, office-bearers, officers, directors, employees and agents will not be liable for any damages, including indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the website or its services.
